Our Services
Confidentiality
Confidential Information for all intents and purposes of this agreement: "Confidential Information" shall mean and include any data or information that is deemed proprietary to the Disclosing Party and that which is not generally known to the public, whether in tangible or intangible form, whenever and however disclosed, including, but not limited to each client, all clientele.
Case Management
Case management shall mean and include any data or information that is deemed proprietary to the Disclosing Party and that which is not generally known to the public, whether tangible or intangible form, whenever and however disclosed, including, but not limited to each client, probation, or parole official, inclusive of progress and report(s). Any additional information wherewithal client has rendered services, jobs, parental classes, adherence to law enforcement restrictions from probation or parole official, drug, or alcohol classes, therefore client subject to be following all applicable parties in each caseload.
Court Advocacy
Court advocacy shall mean and include any data or information that is deemed proprietary of the Disclosing Party, client; and that which is not generally known to the public, whether tangible or intangible form, whenever and however disclosed, including, but not limited to each client, necessary for proactive voluntary assessment. Any additional information wherewithal client has rendered services, jobs, parental classes, adherence to law enforcement restrictions from probation or parole official, drug, or alcohol classes, therefore client subject to be following all applicable parties in each caseload.
Resources & Referrals
Resources & Referrals shall mean and include any data or other information that is deemed proprietary of the Disclosing Party, client; and that which is not generally known to the public, whether tangible or intangible form, whenever and however disclosed, including, but not limited to each client, clientele needs. Resources and Referrals are sent to agencies that are included in the scope of client/clientele needs. Whether drug, alcohol, domestic violence, houseless, loss of employment due to a domestic involvement or uncertainty of uncontrolled cause.
Referral for Group and Support sessions
Referral for group and support sessions shall mean and include any data or other information that is deemed proprietary of the Disclosing Party, client; and that which is not generally know to the public, therefore subject to the requirements of client assessment from governing bodies of jurisdiction by the court of law, probation, parole, domestic violence. Each client will be required to complete each group or support sessions from such said and entry of program for services
rendered.
Mental Health Referrals
Mental Health Referrals shall mean and include any data or other information that is deemed proprietary of the Disclosing party, client; and that which is not generally known to the public, whether tangible or intangible form, whenever and however disclosed, including, but not limited to client need and assessment, within a collection of collaborative agencies, hospitals or institutions where client will receive deemed appropriate treatment for behavior, mental health or different disability associated with mental illness.

Counseling Referrals
Counseling Referrals shall mean and include any data or other information that is deemed proprietary of the Disclosing Party, client; and that which is not generally known to the public, therefore subject to the requirements of client assessment from referred counseling sources, employment counseling contracts, Christian counseling, or deem it necessary of client to
receive such said counseling through community agencies, collaborative cohorts, deemed to enhance quality of life for client receiving services.
Media/Publications Relations
Media/Publication Relations shall mean and include groups such as non-profit organizations, churches, poetry of speech of non-violent language, businesses, political information, health awareness, dance groups and any other platformed information positive for community engagement.
